When it was brought to managements attention; I unfortunately was met with hostility, where the manager stated “I would like to give you future advice, check your room as soon as you check in”. I was promised a discount for my stay, however at check-out (because the manager failed to properly note my account and the staff was unaware of the issue at hand) they were unaware of the discount I was offered. Fortunately the front desk assistant the next shift was kind enough to handle the situation given she stood out in her ability to provide astounding customer service. Valet was amazing. Management, not so much. I stayed for 1 night, checked out the next day. Would I return? Probably not.
